Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Founding Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. You will work closely with the executive team to craft compelling marketing campaigns that highlight the unique value of Approveit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and Track KPIs: Establish clear KPIs related to lead generation, CAC, conversion rates, and other top-of-funnel metrics. Regularly analyze and report on performance. 📈
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and drives brand awareness. 🎯
- Top of Funnel Growth: Design and manage campaigns aimed at increasing lead generation, including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, and partnerships. 📊
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content that engages our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars. ✍️
- Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with potential partners, influencers, and industry leaders to expand our reach. 🤝
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. 💰
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging. 🔄
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and brand development.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance.
