What You Will Do:

• Develop new features for Flutter-based apps
• Design a scalable Flutter app architecture
• Improve the quality and productivity of Flutter-based products
• Extend Flutter to other business and tech domains
• Work closely with Product, UX, Backend and Mobile teams to lead projects
• Lead team engineers to build high-quality architecture and design

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in mobile development
• Good understanding of Flutter
• Solid understanding of Android platform
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Active communicator with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience of working in e-commerce and O2O domains
• Understanding of automated development environments such as CI/CD
