Senior UX Designer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces to enhance user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate with various teams to integrate design seamlessly with functionality. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects.
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
