Frontend Engineer (SDE-2)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Software Development Engineer (SDE) 2 with a focus on frontend development to join our dynamic team. As an SDE 2, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and mobile apps, working closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers. Zelthy is a development platform for the healthcare industry used by top health-tech companies and established healthcare organizations such as big pharma in >10 countries. It enables AI powered fast development, devops management and easy compliance for healthcare applications.

*Responsibilities: *

• Develop, test, and maintain complex frontend features for web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Contribute to our open source app development platform (https://github.com/Healthlane-Technologies/Zango)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive web applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and peers.
• Participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality.
• Contribute to the improvement of frontend build pipelines and development workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Experience in frontend frameworks such as React & React Native
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, React Native.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
