What you'll do:

• Develop, test, and deploy Python applications tailored to AI and LLM-powered sales tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to create seamless and efficient code.
• Integrate cloud-native architectures, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our tools.
• Work on NLP models and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the capabilities of our platforms.
• Continuously optimize and refactor code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring they are performant and free of critical issues.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in the Python and AI ecosystems.

What you'll bring:

• Strong proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Python development, including project or internship work.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, with practical experience in platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• Basic understanding or prior exposure to NLP models and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a bonus.
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for AI, machine learning, and their applications in transforming industries, particularly in sales.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
