The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Lead Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic and high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience, with at least 3 years of leading frontend engineering teams, and a strong background in working on production-quality codebases using React/Next.js for responsive web applications.

As the Lead Frontend Engineer, you will spearhead the frontend engineering team and managing a team of talented frontend engineers. Staying abreast of the latest cutting-edge technologies, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions to fuel our growth.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading a frontend team, designing scalable codebases, and adhering to best development practices
• In-depth knowledge of the latest cutting-edge technologies and libraries with potential for integration into our tech stack
• Proficiency in Next.js & experience with Tailwind or Chakra UI
• Familiarity with Vercel and its serverless functions
• Proficient in React hooks (useState, useEffect, useMemo) and context API4
• Expertise in state management using Zustand
• Background in Web3.js or Ethers.js
• Understanding of DeFi projects such as Compound, Uniswap, and similar ventures

• Experience with Vim/Emacs
• Enthusiasm for Arch Linux
