We're looking for a European Union (EU)-based thoughtful, detail-oriented, proactive Client Success & Account Manager who can support Brightest and our clients with:
Managing client accounts in the EMEA region including onboarding new clients to ensure their
understanding and successful adoption of the Brightest softwareContinued development of tutorial guides and training material
Providing software support, advice, troubleshooting and issue resolution for customer needs related to the use of our ESG and sustainability software platform in English and French (and another european language)
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working closely with our Sales, Business Development, Client Success, Account Management and Product teams to support new client needs

Who you are (what we’re looking for):
- 1-3 years of client success / account management, sustainability, or consulting experience
- Expertise in Carbon Accounting, EU sustainability & ESG regulations, or Product Life Cycle Assessments, is a plus
- Multi-lingual candidate who is business fluent in English and French, other European languages Spanish, Italian, Portugueses are a plus
- Ability to effectively work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote-work team environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- You're social, patient, caring, a thoughtful communicator, and you know how to support and maintain high-quality customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you are proactive and willing to wear different hats
- Passion for social impact, environmental sustainability, ESG, and climate action
