*Responsibilities: *

Develop communication scenarios with clients.
Write content for various communication channels.
Create and manage a content plan.
Prepare and execute mailings, including material selection and text writing.
Set up trigger emails and email sequences.
Manage technical settings for mailing services and provide technical specifications to programmers.
Analyze the effectiveness of mailings and propose improvements.
Coordinate with marketing team, designers, and programmers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in email marketing and direct communications.
Familiarity with mailing systems such as MailChimp, Mandrill, eSputnik, and GetResponse.
Understanding of major email formats including promotional emails, trigger emails, and email chains.
Strong writing skills and ability to structure information swiftly and efficiently.
Basic HTML and CSS skills, with an understanding of email-specific formatting.
Experience in database segmentation for targeted mailings.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
