Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Manager to join our team. The Partner Manager will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have a proven track record of driving successful partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve mutual business goals.
As a Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing partnerships that drive lead generation and agency collaboration. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships that result in referrals and new partnership opportunities, enabling Volt to expand its market presence and enhance its service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive referrals from current partners, ensuring a steady flow of leads and opportunities.
- Generate new partnerships across various sectors
- Demonstrate and sell Volt’s solutions to potential partners, showcasing the value and benefits of collaboration.
- Develop and provide partners with collateral and tools to enable their success and promote TextVolt.com's offerings.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Agency Partnerships and Referral Partnerships, with a track record of developing high-touch partnership programs.
- Strong ability to create content and collateral tailored to partner needs and objectives.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring skills, with the ability to craft mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Understanding of the CPaaS & Telecommunications category
- Previous experience at a developer-first SaaS company
- Understanding of technical developer problems
Score Card (3 Months):
- Establish a regular reporting and communication cadence with current partners.
- Build a pipeline of new partners, including Lead Gen referrals (e.g., SaaS, Brokers), and Agency Partners (e.g., Metova).
Score Card (6 Months):
- Generate 20 new referrals and 3 new partners, contributing to Volt’s growth targets.
- Ensure that the partnership program runs smoothly without the daily involvement of the team lead, demonstrating effective management and autonomy.

We are remote-first. If you’re local, our office is open and available to you — we are based out of the One Technology Center in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Benefits
This will be a salaried position. The salary for this position is between $65-80k, depending on experience. Volt provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance at no extra cost to employees. An additional portion of compensation is also equity in the form of stock options.
