As an Engineering Manager at Accurx, you’ll be a driving force behind our mission to transform healthcare communication across the UK, leading a group of talented engineers to push boundaries, innovate, and deliver impactful solutions that improve patient care.
In this role, you’ll have organisation-wide impact, collaborating with other Engineering Managers and the Engineering Director on initiatives to improve tools and processes, implement directives from Engineering leadership, and influence a broad range of stakeholders to effect positive change across the company!

- Understanding the strengths and areas for development of your team members, you’ll provide suitable performance management and developmental support.
- Ensuring strong engineering delivery, you’ll ensure that your team's behaviours and practices align with high-performance standards.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders such as Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Designers, you’ll help to make sure team goals and deliverables are achieved.
- Mentoring and coaching other Engineering Managers, you’ll cultivate a high-performing community within Accurx.
- Collaborating with other Engineering Managers and leadership, you’ll identify and implement improvements in engineering management tools and processes.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing and skill utilisation within your teams, you’ll facilitate their effectiveness in delivering on their roadmaps.
- Communicating company-wide changes effectively to your team members, you will foster positive transparency and alignment.
- Participating in hiring initiatives and contributing to the development of hiring processes, you’ll be central to the growth of the engineering organisation.
