Product Manager

Quantum ePay is looking for a Product Manager for a new innovative mobile ordering POS system that helps restaurants save on hardware investments, reduce installation costs, and maximize the productivity of their employees. The Product Manager will own the full product lifecycle including providing day to day management, guidance, and support both internal and external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams and business owners to provide input into our custom products, including design, testing and rollout and ensure delivery of effective solutions for users.
Develop product strategy and roadmap of key features and specifications requirements.
Initiate product positioning, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement tools for multiple product lines.
Owns end-to-end strategic relationships with partners and merchants, including developing new relationships and supporting their growth.
Successfully develop key ISV software and hardware integrations
Perform product demos, exhibits, and attend industry conferences to grow product market share.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:

Extensive technical knowledge and experience with POS Systems and payment gateways required.
Strong communication skills and ability to present product to perform demonstrations that engage and highlight product features.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
Exceptional written skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Experience in Sales, Marketing and/or POS technical support preferred.
Experience working in a start-up environment preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
