Summary of Job
As an Assistant Project Manager (APM) at Tepia, you will help facilitate the completion of projects and aid in various tasks such as documentation, wireframes, QA, etc.
You will need to be a strong communicator and well organized in order to assist Tepia's Executives, Project Managers (PM), Graphic Designers, Developers, and Quality Assurance Engineers (QA).
We will provide training. You will work closely with our Senior PMs to obtain an understanding of what is fully required of the position. We have internal checklists and documentation to assist and reference throughout the process.
This position is full-time and fully remote. The pay is $20.00 per hour.
List of Duties
- Support administrative tasks.
- Researching and collecting data online.
- Help creating wireframes, sketches, and/or writing project documentation.
- Participate and take notes for our internal and external meetings.
- Instruct and keep developers and designers accountable from documentation.
- Organization of all files in Google Drive.
- Manage ClickUp boards.
- Record tutorials for clients.
- Quality assurance testing.
- Read and review various technical documentation for different projects.
