RunMyLease Inc is a fast-growing Automotive SaaS startup based in Downtown Boston. Our mission is to provide car dealerships with success web-based tools + solutions to drive increased traffic, engagement and ultimately sales at these dealerships around the United States.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. This includes assisting with technical issues, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting problems. You will also collaborate with sales + account management team members to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
