Job Description:
As a Senior User Experience Designer at Legacy, you will need strong background in healthcare to join our team. This role demands an individual with deep understanding of the healthcare environment, capable of creating user-centric designs that cater to both clinicians and patients. Your responsibility will be to develop intuitive workflows, interfaces, and designs that integrate seamlessly into healthcare settings, ensuring our platform is accessible, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of user-centric workflows and interfaces for both clinicians and patients.
• Conduct comprehensive user research and experiments within the healthcare sector to understand the unique needs and challenges of both clinicians and patients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX strategies with technical capabilities and healthcare regulations.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
• Test and refine user experiences based on feedback and usability testing within healthcare environments.
• Ensure all designs comply with healthcare standards and regulations while maintaining high usability and accessibility.
• Leverage creative thinking and best in class design
• Act as an advocate for user experience, infusing UX best practices and perspectives throughout the product development process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio in healthcare-related projects.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare workflows, EMR systems, and the unique needs of clinicians and patients.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team.
• A creative problem-solver with a user-centered design approach.
