Job Description

We are looking for a Business Developer (Experience - 0-1years) in Software Services who has a great exposure in client integration, retention and generating business leads via various channels like Linked In, Facebook, and other social media platforms and via bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client interactions, closing deals with clients via lead generations from different channels.
Constantly suggest and improve core business generation flows by learning the latest trends and technical workflows.
Developing high-quality proposals and taking up calls with clients as scheduled within the deadlines.
Continuously be updated about the latest technology trends and their basic knowledge required for closing the clients.
Recommend and execute improvements in the company and its related products.
Create and update the relevant business requirement documentation for reference and reporting.

We are looking for candidates from IT Consulting industry only.

Shifts - Morning/Evening/Night
Interview Process

  1. After CV shortlisting, candidate will receive a questionere to fill. (If you do not receive any update within 48 hours please consider as rejected).
  2. Once the candidate questionere answer gets shortlisted, you will receive a meeting invite.
  3. Audio Interview through Microsoft Teams.
  4. Final round through Microsoft Teams.

Note:-Candidates who don't have any previous full time job experience will be hired as Intern for six months with a stipend of Rs 10,000/- per month. Once they successfully complete their internship then they will be eligible for a full time salary.
