Hi, we’re OnRamp. We’re hiring for a Senior Account Executive selling into the Fortune 5000, beginning with the logistics, distribution, and manufacturing verticals. We’re growing super fast and have great momentum: a cutting-edge product, enthusiastic customers, and a sizable new round of funding from world-class VCs. 💡 What is OnRamp exactly?
OnRamp is a collaborative onboarding management platform that helps companies provide a world-class onboarding experience to customers and partners. Our primary product is a B2B2B (!) application that serves companies from startups to Fortune 100s across almost all industries.

We are a tight-knit team of builders and problem solvers (15 total, today) who are excited to solve some of the most intractable problems our customers face daily.

  • You’ll have a direct impact on our overall strategic direction, bringing your customer learnings back to our product and executive teams as we determine which segments and use cases hold the most promise at the enterprise level.
  • You’ll have unlimited earning potential with a truly horizontal solution that almost every B2B organization can get value from, uncapped commissions, and aggressive accelerators.
  • As you prove your ability to hit quota closing new business, you’ll have our full support to pursue additional creative revenue opportunities as we collectively agree upon, from testing a new segment focus to developing partnerships.
  • Your work will have a direct impact on how we optimize our repeatable and scalable growth engine.
  • You’ll have support from outbound SDRs helping prospect, an experienced marketing function publishing assets and generating market presence, and founders riding shotgun (when you want).
  • You’ll be reporting to our Head of Sales, but you'll work daily across the Marketing, Product, and Engineering functions. There will be tremendous opportunities to grow in a multitude of different directions.

  • You take pride in your ability to prospect and generate your own opportunities. While you’ll have the help of SDRs, you love building your own healthy pipeline.
  • You’re a natural storyteller and are comfortable interacting with even the most senior executives as a peer delivering strategic value.
  • You have years of experience closing six-figure enterprise software deals with large organizations and are able to forge deep, long-lasting relationships.
  • You can close! You can turn prospects into customers and get a rush from it.
