Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end user lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for all users and learners both pre- and post-sales.
- Respond to comments and user queries via voice, chat, or email support, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to their concerns.
- Maintain and meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, feedback, and attendance.
- Assist in managing and conducting community activities to foster engagement and support.
- Attend to user queries, suggestions, and remarks with a focus on building user love and deep engagement.
- Ensure all paid learners receive dedicated attention and support, enhancing their overall experience.
- Help in building pockets of brand promoters within the community, enhancing brand credibility and identifying opportunities for monetization.
- Support the launch of community initiatives, contributing to a vibrant and engaged user base
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in core operations is a must
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should possess strong skills in MS Excel.
- Ability to interpret customer engagement metrics
- Experience or familiarity with launching community initiatives or working in support-related fields
