Expert Project Manager

Job Title: Expert Project Manager (Onsite)
Payrate: $60 to $65 per hour
Location: Albany, NY – Onsite

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Justice Center Business Units and external stakeholders from State Oversight Agencies to plan, organize, and execute Vulnerable Persons Central Registry (VPCR) initiatives.
Implement enterprise change management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Utilize Siebel CRM technology for tracking incidents and allegations of abuse and neglect, as well as related investigations and oversight processes.

Qualifications:

• 84 Months of Project Management Experience spanning various delivery methodologies.
• 60 Months of Stakeholder Engagement, including multi-disciplinary workgroups and executive-level interactions.
• 48 Months of Enterprise Change Management Experience.
• Experience in defining project objectives, evaluating business processes, and leading elicitation sessions.
• Proficiency in creating reports, presentations, and business cases.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Develop project artifacts.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and JAD sessions.
• Track and report project status.
• Manage risks, issues, and scope.
• Implement enterprise change management.
• Develop project business cases.
• Perform additional project management tasks as required.
