Role Details
📌 Position: HR Intern (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Chennai (No Work From Home / No Hybrid)
💰 Starting Take Home Salary: ₹10,000 per month

What You’ll Do

HR Responsibilities:

1) Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes
2) Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
3) Maintain HR records and assist with compliance documentation
4) Support performance review cycles and training sessions

Project Management Responsibilities:

1) Assist in planning, tracking, and executing cross-functional projects
2) Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and team communication
3) Track and report weekly sales milestones and numbers in coordination with the sales team
4) Prepare project status updates for leadership
5) Ensure smooth collaboration between HR, sales, and other departments for project-related activities
