What You'll Do

Good market and client connect in B2B segment and B2C segment. Target and acquire new agency clients through effective prospecting and relationship-building.
Exposure to all digital sales - Google, Ecommerce, Website, SEO,Face Book Influencer marketing ( Influencer marketing not that necessary)
Lead initiatives to expand our market presence of agency business in India, driving incremental revenue from new agency clients
Identify and pursue sales leads, ensuring a strong pipeline for business growth
Create sale strategies to successfully reach new client opportunities
Analyze the needs of agency clients, understanding their challenges and objectives
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team
Present innovative advertising solutions, demonstrating how AnyMind can elevate the effectiveness of agency campaigns
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Manage and forecast sales plan according to targets and accounts
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Who You Are

3+ years of business development/sales experience working in a digital marketing agency
Strong experience in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising
Proven track record of successful hitting sales target and KPIs
Excellent English communication skills
Experience in team management
Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
Energetic and able to work under pressure
Nice To Have Strong network of advertising agencies in India market
