Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our AI-powered web3 risk and compliance platform. You will work closely with the head of product and the engineering team to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experiences that cater to the specific needs of risk and compliance professionals in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for new features and enhancements to the platform, working closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research and testing to iterate on existing features and ensure they remain intuitive and efficient.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate design concepts and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and translate seamlessly into the platform.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in Web3, risk management, and user interface design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team.
• Contribute to the overall brand identity and visual language of the platform.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX Design, or similar fields with a focus on Web3 technologies and decentralized finance.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and ability to translate insights into actionable design decisions.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing tools.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven track record of designing complex and data-driven user interfaces.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing visual workflows or node-based interfaces (e.g., Houdini, Unreal Engine Blueprint) is highly sought. Familiarity with data flow and logic building within such environments is a plus.
• Passion for Web3 and a strong understanding of risk and compliance challenges in this space.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
