Associate Product Manager

SocialPilot is looking for an associate product manager to join our team. You will be working on meaningful SaaS products in the Martech space that the customers love.

We empower our product teams to solve hard problems – customer problems and business problems – in ways that our customers love, yet work for our business. We believe in data-driven and evidence-based product management and hence knowing how to derive insights from data is crucial for this role.

You will be part of a cross-functional team comprising a product manager, designer, and multiple engineers. You will also be working closely with your counterparts in product marketing, customer success, and sales.

The product team is responsible for shipping features required to meet customers’ needs and the results needed to move product metrics from revenue to customer satisfaction. We are looking for an associate product manager who is excited about impacting product metrics and aspires to grow in a product management career.

The role is entirely remote and might require occasional travel to Ahmedabad.

What You Will Do
Jointly responsible along with product team for driving product growth with a positive impact on product and business metrics
Understand markets, competition, and user needs in-depth
Drive sprint planning and prioritization for new feature development
Collaborate on feature concepts and write product briefs
Work with the engineering team to materialize the desired product experiences
Monitor product metrics using various data and insights tools
Launch new features, test their performance and iterate quickly
What Are You Like
At least one year of experience in a fast-paced software product company as a product analyst, data analyst, product owner, or associate product manager.
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Set up product monitoring to track various metrics using various data tools and drive insights
Technical background and a basic understanding of software engineering concept
Excellent communicator, natural bridge-builder, and conflict diffuser
