Job Summary:
As a Brand Strategist and Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the creation of engaging and informative video content for our YouTube channel. Your primary objective will be to curate the podcast's guest lineup, ensuring alignment with our brand's ethos and audience preferences. You'll oversee the end-to-end process of podcast interview production, ensuring seamless execution and optimization for maximum brand impact. This role demands a proactive approach, impeccable communication skills, and a deep commitment to crafting compelling video content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically research and select potential guests whose expertise aligns with our brand's narrative and target demographic.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to invite guests, emphasizing the value proposition of participating in our podcast.
- Manage communication channels with guests, coordinating scheduling and logistical details for seamless interview experiences.
- Develop a comprehensive interview framework that aligns with our brand's messaging and content objectives.
- Collaborate with guests to gather relevant background information and tailor interview topics for maximum engagement.
- Oversee the execution of podcast interviews, ensuring technical setup and audiovisual quality meet brand standards.
- Partner with our content creation team to edit podcast interviews into polished video content for YouTube.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize video content for discoverability and audience engagement. -Ensure consistent branding across all podcast-related assets, including titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.
- Liaise with marketing and content teams to ensure podcast content aligns with overarching brand strategies and messaging.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders to refine interview processes and enhance content quality continuously.
- Identify opportunities for brand partnerships or collaborations to amplify podcast reach and impact.
- Track key performance metrics for podcast video content, such as views, engagement, and subscriber growth.
- Analyze audience feedback and market trends to iterate on content strategies and improve viewer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing the effectiveness of podcast content and identifying areas for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in brand management, content creation, or digital marketing preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building rapport with guests and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in video conferencing tools such as Zoom and video editing software for content production.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing scheduling and content calendars.
