Are you passionate about sustainability and ready to make a difference in the world? SOFi Products is seeking a dedicated Full Cycle Sales Rep to join our team. Your role will be crucial in helping food service businesses, including large chains and restaurant groups, make the switch to plastic-free solutions.

As a Full Cycle Sales Rep, you will be a key member of our organization. You will develop leads and sales through your contacts and by actively contacting businesses in your area. Physical visits to local businesses are a key component of our sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and sales leads by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
  • Set, monitor, and exceed monthly sales quotas, driving the transition to sustainable solutions.
  • Proactively suggest strategies to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities within the market.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records in our CRM (hubspot.com) and Sales Engagement (apollo.io) platforms

Requirements:

  • Have at least 6 months (or more!) of outbound B2B Sales Development experience or comparable customer service/sales experience
  • Have a positive attitude and an appetite for experimentation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Are coachable, collaborative, and curious
  • Can write a killer email and have a great phone presence
  • Comfortable/capable of working autonomously and asynchronously in a remote work environment
