Arya.ai is one of the early startups to use deep learning since 2013. We aim to create a fully autonomous AI Operating Platform for Financial Institutions (FIs) to deploy Deep Learning. Deploying AI is complex, time consuming and needs acceptance from various stakeholders including compliance/regulators. We are simplifying it by offering a comprehensive PasS with plug and play AI modules that are modular and lego like. We aim to convert business functions in FIs intro AI APIs functions such that FIs can adapt AI by simply subscribing to them.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview
The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our customers and our technical team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating effective communication between customers and our internal development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand customer needs, objectives, and challenges to tailor AI solutions that align with their business goals.
Project Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and successful implementation of AI solutions.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, regularly updating stakeholders on project progress.
Technical Understanding:
Possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and concepts to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Translate technical requirements into customer-friendly language and vice versa.
Collaboration with Development Teams:
Act as a liaison between customers and internal development teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
Provide technical guidance to customers and relay feedback to the development teams for continuous improvement.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the delivered AI solutions meet or exceed customer expectations and quality standards.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and communication records.
Provide comprehensive reports on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in customer program management within the AI or technology industry.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
