Customer engineers gain an intimate understanding of a customer’s hardest problem and deliver world-class technical solutions to address them. They are builders and innovators, creating features, frameworks and systems and driving product iteration through feedback.
They get to the heart of a customer’s needs and are instrumental in the requirements gathering, architecting and implementing of technical products and services based on our core technology.
Our customer engineers work with the highest profile private and public sector institutions in the world, in unique and varied environments and often on-site, to help support a client’s missions and deliver the best possible outcomes through the application of Improbable’s technology.

You should relate to the following profile:
- Proven software engineering skills, with knowledge of multiple languages and paradigms.
- Experience crafting and delivering software solutions to Enterprise customers.
- Clear communicator with independent problem-solving skills. An ability to adapt to different levels of technical understanding.
- Pragmatic, creative and flexible; able to focus on solving important problems through a tight customer feedback loop.
- Technical ability to contribute meaningfully at all levels of the stack
The following would be beneficial:
- Willingness to apply for clearance if not already held
