Senior unity developer

Join our dynamic Alter team as a Senior Unity Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry to create good product architecture , lead product implementation, manage team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, functional game components.

Open-world game development experience (required).
Experience : 3 - 4 years

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Unity-based applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Architect and implement game systems, features, and functionalities using Unity and C#.
• Take ownership of delivering a game from start to finish, coordinating with art, design, development and QA teams, up until publishing of the game.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into development processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in mobile game development
• Open-world game development experience (required).
• Proven experience as a Unity Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in Unity3D and C# programming language.
• Experience working with game assets (animations, materials, etc).
• Someone with strong fundamentals in mobile game development: understand design patterns, the architecture of games, and device APIs
• Be very fluent in Unity3D
• Leadership experience and the ability to guide a development team.
