11:47 is an innovating nightlife discovery app that helps age groups plan their nights out in advance. Our mission is to revolutionize the nightlife experience, making it more connected, exciting, and tailored for our users.

We recently won a pitch competition and have also been accepted into a start-up accellerator for this summer which includes seed funding.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Growth - Europe to join us. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand’s voice, driving our marketing strategies, and scaling our user base. You will play a critical role in positioning 11:47 as a leader in the nightlife tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively position and promote 11:47.
• Drive user acquisition and retention through innovative campaigns and data-driven insights.
• Lead branding efforts, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with user experience and app functionalities.
• Manage and grow our digital presence, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to adapt strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media, influencers, and partners within the nightlife and tech industries.
• Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources for maximum impact.
• Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a growth related position or senior marketing role, preferably in the tech or lifestyle sector.
• Strong track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
• Creative and strategic thinker with an analytical mindset.
• Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to be hands-on in a startup environment.
