The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Lead, B2B SaaS to drive the growth of SPREAD’s products in our target industries. You’ll be part of the small-but-mighty Marketing team, creating valuable, high-impact messaging, educating the market, and positioning SPREAD in front of our target audience of Systems Engineers and Automotive Tech leaders.

You’re the ideal candidate for this role if you’re, driven, creative, fun, analytical, critical-thinking, solution-driven, curious about the latest trends in Engineering Intelligence, and have a knack for Marketing.

Bonus points if you enjoy Formula 1, puzzles, karaoke, and/or cats.

YOUR MISSION

As Product Marketing Lead, your goal will be to position our products for our audience and help SPREAD generate more revenue

  • Create compelling product marketing strategies: you’ll develop clear and resonant positioning and messaging that addresses the needs of our target customers. Continuously iterate on messaging through A/B testing to optimize conversion across our sales segments.
  • Define & research target audience segments: you will collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to define, analyze, and iterate on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) for each of our products
  • Manage Sales Enablement content: you’ll produce & maintain high-quality sales enablement content, starting with our pitch decks, landing pages, one-pagers, demo videos, and any other materials tailored to different customer segments and geographies. This includes videos, case studies, best practice articles, email sequences, scripts, and more.
  • Analyze & optimize: you will collect and analyze insights from our customer journey and leverage this information to refine ICP definitions and product marketing strategies. Optimize our performance by monitoring and analyzing keywords & performance metrics to inform future growth strategies.
  • Stay competitive: you keep up with the latest developments in the AI, Automotive, and Systems Engineering spaces, as well as B2B SaaS best practices to ensure SPREAD remains competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate across teams: you work closely with Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Customer Value, and Product teams to maximize the volume of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Customer Champions.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing or Sales Enablement roles;
  • You have native-level German and excellent English language skills – especially written;
  • You’re an excellent communicator with the ability to distill complex technical concepts and larger narratives into simple key messages;
  • You can easily relate to tech-savvy personas and present ideas to them clearly, pragmatically, and at eye-level
  • You have strong leadership and collaboration skills, and you’re comfortable working with lots of different teams inside and outside of SPREAD
  • You’re solution-oriented, creative, analytical, and bring a high level of ownership to your projects
  • You’re passionate about technology trends and learning about AI, mechatronics, and Systems Engineering;
  • Previous experience in the AI, Automotive, and Manufacturing industries is a huge plus;
  • Bonus qualifications: ActiveCampaign, Figma, Premiere Pro, Webflow, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO.
