ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an FP&A manager to report to the Head of FP&A to support the Finance transformation, which will translate overarching company strategy into detailed budgets and targets and enable financial information to be disseminated to the organization, management, and shareholders via ongoing, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to drive decision-making. This is a hybrid vacancy for our office in London.

The role will be responsible for delivering and improving monthly reporting, the budget process, and enabling the business to understand detailed P&L drivers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will support the Head of FP&A with the budget cycle, establishing best practices around planning processes

You will provide analysis and insights to the business to understand risks/opportunities to budget throughout the year

You will lead the monthly reporting process, collaborating closely with the Accounting team to ensure timelines are adhered to

You will produce the Management Accounts and supporting information

You will drive improvements across the monthly reporting cycle in both the processes and outputs

You will develop month-end analysis reporting, feeding any variances into the latest rolling forecast

You will support workforce planning

You will support the implementation of a new reporting system (Netsuite) to drive efficiency across the whole finance team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

You hold a Bachelor's or equivalent degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field or similar gained through experience

You are a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc) or have a relevant professional qualification

You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in FP&A or other relevant roles

You have advanced skills in Excel/GSheets, including pivot tables, data manipulation, and visualization

You are proficient in using reporting platforms, e.g. Netsuite, Power BI, or similar

You have excellent attention to detail and are passionate about delivering high-quality work

You aren’t afraid to challenge the norm and suggest/implement process improvements

You have already worked in a start-up or a scale-up organization - constant change does not phase you

The ideal candidate has experience (trained) in large corporates (Big 4) and moved to startup/scaleup companies in an FP&A function.
