Job Description
Position Overview:
RxAll is seeking a Product and Operations Lead to play a critical role in our organization. The Product and Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product portfolio, streamlining operations, and driving operational excellence. This role will also oversee project management, fleet management, and office management in addition to product and operations responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take action to address operational challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the B2B sales team and the retail sales team, to enhance operations and sales performance.
Project Management:
Plan and execute projects to drive operational improvements, product development, and other strategic initiatives.
Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve project-related issues.
Fleet Management:
Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's fleet, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
Office Management:
Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment to create a productive and well-maintained work environment.
Coordinate office services, including reception, mail, and administrative support functions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
Warehouse Management:
Oversee the management of the company's warehouse operations, including inventory, storage, and distribution.
Develop and implement warehouse management policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and quality control in the warehouse.
Internship Management:
Supervise and mentor interns, providing guidance and support in their assigned tasks.
Develop internship programs and assignments to provide valuable learning experiences for interns.
Collaborate with educational institutions and recruitment for internship opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with executive management to define and execute strategic plans for products and operations.
Set clear goals and objectives to align with the company's overall mission and vision.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that products and services adhere to high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement quality control measures and processes to maintain product and service integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in product management, operations, project management, fleet management, office management, warehouse management, and internship management roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
