Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and onboard talented individuals.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence.
Facilitate communication and foster a positive relationship between employees and management.
Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance appraisal systems.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Assist in strategic planning and organization development initiatives to support our growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a tech startup environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices.
