UI/UX Designer

Position Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer at Kraftbase, you will play a vital role in shaping user-centric design solutions across a range of projects. We are looking for a designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience, a passion for building modern UIs, expertise in design systems, branding, and marketing collateral. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with our diverse team from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create and iterate on user-friendly and visually stunning UI/UX designs for websites, apps, and software.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in design workflows.
• Craft branding and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs effectively.

Qualifications:

• 1.5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern UI designs, design systems, branding, and marketing materials.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
