Mid-Level Backend / DevOps Engineer

The Role
We're looking for a backend / devops engineer who has the drive to solve the globally menacing problem of manual effort required to calculate accurate shipping costs in the world of logistics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop, test and release bug free and highly scalable features on the AWS cloud.

• You don't do agile, you are agile.
• You love hands-on product development.
• You know what it takes to build "real" scalable and simple products.
• You understand basic concepts of lean product development.
• You're a champion in integrations (API, XML, CSV, JSON, EDI, SDK, XLS).
• You believe that building products with customers is the only way to succeed.
• You believe in simplicity being a competitive advantage.
• You understand the meaning of being product-led.
• You've worked in a small teams.

The roadmap?
The pilot product is to be launched in AU and then in US which be the primary market for this product.

How will be make money?
We will make money via subscriptions and services.

Company status & salary?
We're funded and we're offering AUD 1000 to AUD 3000 monthly salary. There are also annual bonuses to be discussed about as we start delivering goals.
