Role: AI Coach Internship - AI Training & Prompting

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 months Unpaid Internship with the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity

Are you an AI enthusiast with a passion for AI model training and advancing the capabilities of AI systems? Do you possess knowledge of machine learning algorithms and have a some experience in optimizing AI models for real-world applications? As an AI Coach Intern you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our AI models, improving their accuracy, and helping us achieve our mission of delivering cutting-edge AI solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our AI development teams, guiding them to create more robust and efficient AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our AI development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to AI engineers and data scientists on AI model training best practices.
• Design and deliver training programs tailored to specific AI projects and goals.
• Conduct regular code reviews and performance assessments of AI models, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure our models are state-of-the-art.
• Assist in fine-tuning AI models for specific applications, such as natural language understanding, image analysis, or recommendation systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
• Document and share best practices, case studies, and success stories to benefit our internal teams.
• Act as an in-house subject matter expert in AI model training, collaborating with colleagues on AI research and development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and optimizing AI models, with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts to team members.
• Ability to adapt coaching methods to different learning styles and project requirements.
• A passion for staying current with AI advancements and a commitment to advancing AI capabilities.
• Previous coaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
