Overview:
Upnyx Innovative Solutions is an AI startup company looking for an Investor Relations Executive - Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts, communicating the company's financial performance and strategy, and coordinating fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
2. Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy to investors and analysts
3. Coordinate fundraising activities, including preparing investor presentations and materials
4. Assist with financial analysis, market research, and other activities related to investor relations and fundraising
5. Plan and execute investor events, including roadshows and conferences
6. Manage investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in investor relations

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, marketing, or related field
2. Strong analytical and communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and with a team
4. Proficiency in Google Office Suite and other relevant software
5. Knowledge of financial analysis, market research, and investor relations best practices

Note:- This role is unpaid & for 3 months.
