The Role
Here at Reorg, we are seeking a software engineer to integrate AI models into diverse systems like CMS platforms, Slack, and internal APIs utilizing a mix of PHP, Python, PostgreSQL, and mySQL. Other duties for this role include bug fixing, root cause analysis, stakeholder collaboration, CMS integration, and comprehensive documentation to support seamless implementation and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- AI Model Integrations: Integrate AI models into diverse systems, including CMS/CRM platforms, Slack, internal APIs, and others. Collaborate with teams to understand integration requirements, develop efficient workflows, and ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing software solutions, enhance functionality, and enable intelligent decision-making.
- Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve defects/issues related to our AI products, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot issues reported by users or the quality assurance team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand AI requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and AI capabilities. Effectively communicate knowledge and processes of existing AI systems to stakeholders, fostering transparency, and enabling informed decision-making for successful implementation and adoption.
- CMS Integration: Understand CMS concepts such as content management workflows, metadata, and templating systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our custom-built CMS platform, enabling intelligent content recommendations, automated tagging, and personalized user experiences, while ensuring seamless integration with existing CMS functionalities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend systems, APIs, and processes. Document architectural designs, code guidelines, and API specifications. Ensure documentation accuracy, clarity, and accessibility for the team and stakeholders. Contribute to a knowledge base that facilitates smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, and future enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5 years of experience is preferred
