Position Summary...
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Shopify, PPC advertising, Google Ads, Social Ads, retargeting, and Klaviyo email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing our marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from discovery to purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Shopify Management:

Oversee and manage our Shopify store, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and images are optimized for conversions.
Monitor site performance, analyze sales data, and recommend strategies to improve customer experience and boost sales.

  1. PPC Advertising:

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Analyze campaign performance, adjust bidding strategies, and ensure a positive ROI.

  1. Retargeting:

Develop and implement retargeting strategies to re-engage visitors who have not converted.
Set up and optimize retargeting ads, ensuring they align with the customer's journey and brand messaging.

  1. Klaviyo Email Marketing:

Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, targeting various customer segments.
Analyze email campaign performance, optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  1. Reporting & Analytics:

Provide regular reports on e-commerce and marketing performance, highlighting successes, areas of improvement, and recommendations.
Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.

  1. Collaboration:

Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and effective marketing strategies.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, specifically with Shopify.
Proven track record in managing successful PPC campaigns and retargeting strategies.
Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
