We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Consultant to join our team. As a Fundraising Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping us secure investment funds for our US fund that focuses on profitable small business acquisitions. Your expertise in fundraising, financial environments, and investor mentality in the MENA region, specifically in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Saudi Arabia, will be invaluable in achieving our fundraising goals.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research and identify potential investors in the target countries of the MENA region.
• Leverage your local network and connections to establish relationships with potential investors.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy tailored to the preferences and expectations of investors in the MENA region.
• Craft compelling messages and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our fund, highlighting our investment strategy, track record, market potential, risk management, and expected returns.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings with potential investors, delivering persuasive pitches and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with our team to refine fundraising materials, including pitch decks, investment memorandums, and due diligence documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and investor sentiment to optimize fundraising efforts.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on fundraising best practices, fundraising platforms, and fundraising events in the MENA region.

Requirements:
• Proven experience and a strong track record in fundraising for investment funds or similar financial products, preferably in the MENA region.
• Deep understanding of the financial environment and investor mentality in the MENA region, particularly in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent networking skills with the ability to establish and nurture relationships with potential investors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey investment opportunities and key messages to investors.
• Knowledge of small business acquisitions, financial markets, and investment strategies.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the MENA region.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Compensation: The compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. It will be performance-based incentives tied to the successful fundraising efforts. The salary mentioned there is calcauted based on achieving 5M to 10M fund as a starting funding goal. The exact compensation package will be discussed and negotiated with the selected candidate.
