Position Overview
As the Chief Sales Officer at MoodMe, you will be a pivotal member of our executive team, reporting directly to our CEO. You will lead our sales division, guiding our company to achieve substantial revenue growth, market expansion, and global presence. Your primary focus will be to create and execute a strategic sales plan, optimize sales processes, and drive results by leading our global sales team to success. Our unique compensation package includes equity, offering you a stake in our vision. We ask for a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week. Furthermore, upon the anticipated closing of our fundraising round or when our sales generate sufficient cash flow, you can expect not only revenue share but also a competitive salary. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sales strategies and forecasts, leveraging proven success to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets.
- Lead the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing global sales team while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Build and maintain key client relationships worldwide, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and promptly addressing their needs and issues.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the executive team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Deliver ongoing training and development programs for the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Leverage clean CRM data to inform decisions and facilitate data-driven sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Head of Inbound Marketing & Partnerships, and Head of Product Marketing to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
- Manage sales budgets and sales processes effectively and continuously optimize them, allocating resources to maximize ROI and growth.
- Identify and expand the company's global customer base by seizing new market opportunities.
