We have a great team. We're growing fast and welcoming thousands of customers daily to do great activities and having just secured our Series A funding we're now looking for a Head of Sales to lead our expansion efforts in the US market.

Our client base is broad and exciting, from Alpaca Farms, Zoos and Wildlife Parks, Historic Houses and Attractions, to Festivals and Rally Driving experiences. Our product is industry-leading and feature-rich, meaning we can solve more problems and help more businesses optimise what they're doing online. This makes our roles challenging, very fun and rewarding. We're driving real change, and helping businesses thrive.

Our revenue generation via AEs is established, predictable and well-structured. We’re seeking someone to leverage these processes and best practices into the US market supported by our CEO and Head of Growth.

This is a unique opportunity to be the first boots on the ground and build a sales team from scratch. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy sales leader who is passionate about building a winning sales culture, developing top-performing teams, and delivering revenue growth.

You will be a vital team member, developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the business's marketplace position and building sustainable growth.

Objectives:

Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the US market.

Build and manage a high-performing sales team of Account Executives, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

Initially hire two AEs with the goal to scale to 30+ over the next two years.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, lead nurturing, and demand generation programs.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive customer retention and expansion.

Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.

Daily Responsibilities:

Lead by example, serving as a hands-on sales leader and actively closing deals.

Coach and mentor Account Executives to help them achieve their targets and develop their sales skills.

Continuously assess and optimize sales processes, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.
Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership to define and execute on the company's overall growth strategy.

Be a hands-on contributor in reaching our sales goals

Monthly Responsibilities:

Analyze and report on sales performance, including pipeline, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and other key metrics.

Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team to track progress against targets and provide coaching and feedback.

Work with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive lead generation and sales growth.

Participate in the development of the annual sales plan and budget, including revenue forecasts and expense management.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.

Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth in a startup environment.

Experience building and managing a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and metrics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
