About the job

Nappr is a marketplace that offers 4 to 10-hour hotel rates to help people catch up on rest and meet the demands of their unique schedules. Our network of 1,050+ global properties enables anyone on-the-go to book rooms same-day at chains like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Sheraton and also many boutiques for up to 50% off the overnight rate - and with all of the amenities included. This also gives hotels the ability to fill their unused capacity and generate extra revenue with convenient, hourly scheduling.

We're on a mission to provide affordable access to quality sleep for those who tend to be exhausted in the middle of a hectic day and we're looking for a Social Media guru who can help us communicate this to the world!

Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, X, TikTok, Linkedin, & Facebook
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and strategies
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
  • Help to grow Nappr's social media following and engagement
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of influencer campaigns
  • Help to identify and stay up to date on industry trends, and stay on top of emerging social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and management tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong ability in developing and managing partnerships.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and/or account management preferred.
  • Amazing communicator, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with similar companies or within similar industries preferred (AirBnb, DayUse, HotelTonight etc).
