UniCou is a micro-influencer focused affiliate marketing platform . We are seeking a talented and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our affiliate program. As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing revenue through effective management of our affiliate partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Own and execute the company affiliate strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate strategy to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention through our affiliate program.
Recruit, onboard, and grow affiliates: Identify and onboard new affiliates, managing the entire affiliate recruitment process from outreach to partnership agreements. Nurture and develop relationships with affiliates to increase performance and revenue.
Report on affiliate program performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of the affiliate program, providing regular reports and insights to ensure partners' targets are met. Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.
Build creative assets and documentation: Create compelling creative assets and documentation to support affiliate marketing campaigns. Review live affiliate content to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines.
Implement tests and optimize landing pages: Conduct tests on landing pages, analyzing data and suggesting creative optimizations to improve conversion rates. Optimize commission structures based on internal metrics and industry benchmarks.
Coordinate and guide internal stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Growth, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Infrastructure to ensure the success of the affiliate program. Maintain relationships with external platform owners, affiliate contractors, and agencies.
Stay informed about competition: Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the affiliate space. Identify opportunities to deliver additional value through our affiliate program and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with Business, Product, and Engineering teams: Work closely with Business team leads, Product, and Engineering teams to scope new projects, document requirements, and drive ongoing feature improvements related to the affiliate program.
Act as primary point of contact and thought leader: Serve as the main point of contact and escalation point for onboarded Affiliate Partners. Provide guidance, support, and thought leadership to ensure a successful and mutually beneficial partnership.
Generate leads and onboard new businesses/brands: Proactively identify potential affiliate partners, generate leads, and onboard new businesses/brands into the affiliate program.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience (2+ Years) in affiliate marketing, ideally in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
Demonstrated track record of recruiting and managing successful affiliate partnerships.
Proficiency in analyzing affiliate program performance and providing actionable insights.
Experience in developing creative assets and documentation for affiliate marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize conversion rates and commission structures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competition in the affiliate marketing space.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of lead generation and onboarding new businesses/brands is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
