Part-Time Project Manager with Content Creation Experience

We're looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced individual to join our team as a part-time Project Manager with a background in content creation and management. This is a key hire for Retia, with a roadmap to rapidly become a full-time member of the team.

What we're looking for:

A skilled project manager with experience in overseeing and scaling up content creation & publication for multiple digital platforms, social media, and events (ie. building up a YouTube / Instagram channel, Live-streaming, developing & creating content at conferences/workshops).

You are eager to produce a pipeline of content, including researching topics, getting your hands dirty with editing/scripting, overseeing the video production process, and coordinating with other creators, contributors, clients (educational institutions).

You thrive in fast-paced environments like events and conferences, where you can work on your feet and produce amazing content. You're also savvy in writing, positioning, and marketing content with a consistent and clear voice and brand identity, especially around technology topics.

You're comfortable tracking and reporting analytics and giving and receiving feedback to produce great content. You'll also manage client relationships, assist the CEO with closing and onboarding new clients, and organize operations like scheduling, billing, and meetings. You'll attend weekly meetings with clients, serve as the communication hub for projects, and provide support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

• Assist with livestream setup, editing, and production
• Support the development of flagship videos by collaborating with the video production team
• Proactively pushing forward meetings and collaborations with other content creators

Project Management & Operations:

• Manage client contracts (attend meetings, take notes, follow up on communications, and manage projects)
• Organize and facilitate upcoming projects, deadlines, meetings, due dates, and collaboration outreach
• Oversee orders through Shopify
• Place orders with supply chain partners for product manufacturing
• Handle customer support by checking emails and resolving order issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management and content creation
• Ideally has experience creating, producing, editing digital content for social media distribution (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in managing business contracts and client relationships
• A passion for cybersecurity and ethical hacking
