What you will do:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations in Xero system for multiple entities
• Maintain proper and accurate records and supporting documents
• Assist with the preparation of the budget, forecast, and financial analysis
• Cash flow analysis and monthly reporting
• Daily communication with suppliers and various stakeholders on payments and accounting documentation
• Responsible for AP function of the firm
• Manage Inter-company reconciliations
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required

What we are looking for:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, and related discipline
• CPA, ACCA or similar
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
• Xero accounting software experience
• Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office
• Competent in to use of various software, App and IT solutions
• Working experience with international businesses
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiative at work
• Self-motivated, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with a positive working attitude
• Resourceful, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and go beyond
• Good command of English is a must, knowing other languages would be an advantage
