Security Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
As a Robot Security Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients' safety by patrolling premises, engaging with clients, and analyzing real-time events globally. Your insights will be crucial in refining our services and maintaining high security standards. Shift Available:
Tuesday- Saturday 2:00pm -10:30 pm (Philippine time)

Compensation: Starting at 190 PHP/hour, opportunities for overtime and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor robot diagnostics to ensure smooth operations
• Pilot robots in customer spaces
• Periodically interface with clients to provide onsite assistance
• Receive, catalog, and take action upon information generated by the robot's cameras and other sensors

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Both Written and Spoken English
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude
• Experience with Software
• Friendly and Customer Service-Oriented
• High Attention to Detail:
• Call Center / BPO Experience (Plus)
