About the Position

● Join a dynamic and innovative team focused on advancing our cutting-edge crypto project.
● Coordinate and manage wallet and other smart contract operations.
● Analyze and interpret blockchain data to support strategic decision-making.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project development and implementation.
● Candidates with Web2 experience looking for their first Web3 role are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct in-depth analysis of blockchain transactions and smart contracts.
● Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to optimize project strategy.
● Develop and maintain data models to support blockchain analytics.
● Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
● Collaborate with developers to identify and troubleshoot issues related to blockchain
performance.
● Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or other STEM field.
● 1-2 years’ experience in blockchain analysis or data analytics.
● Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
● Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

● Experience with smart contract development and auditing.
● Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
● Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
● Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
● Relevant certifications in blockchain technology or data analytics.
