About You
This individual is responsible for developing, executing, and managing all aspects of the company's marketing strategy, with the goal of driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts.
As the only marketing manager of team, this role demands a broad skill set, from content creation and digital marketing to SEO and analytics, and requires someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage resources to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels.
- Create and manage content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and the website.
- Optimize the company website and content for SEO to drive organic traffic.
- Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns, including PPC and social ads.
- Generate and nurture leads through targeted email marketing and content strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with the online community.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Required Skill Set
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in SaaS
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop multi-channel marketing plans.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
- Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage social media platforms and engage with audiences.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
