Outside Solar Lead Generator

Job description:
The PayOli Outside Sales Lead Generator Rep is the brand ambassador and principal point of contact for customers at our exclusive Home Depot Kiosks. It takes resilience, people skills, self‐motivation to be successful. With sales, product and marketing training, you will create awareness of our brand, our culture and educate potential customers about our services. You will engage in conversations, qualify customers for solar transition and submit leads to our appointment coordinators for qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
• Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
• Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships.
• Achieving sales lead gen quotas.

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 2 years of sales experience or solutions selling environment.
• Solar Experience a plus.
• Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in face to face engagement.
• Show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
• Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline.
• Slightly obsessive about providing a great customer experience, in all the right ways.
• Additional Information
• Must be available to work weekends and nights.
• Eight hour shifts.
