- Manage accounts of all sizes by representing Ivy externally with clients and internally by working with direct reports and supporting positions
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the solar market, points of difference and competitive landscape
- Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects
- As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
Clearly communicating project implementation requirements, roles, and responsibilities of all project stakeholders.
Strategizing with the client on community engagement best practice and enrollment plan for getting solar subscribers.
Supporting the enrollment process by serving as a resource for questions, guidance, and occasionally representing Ivy at community or enrollment event
Ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met with accuracy and client satisfaction according to planned schedule starting with a kick off meeting all the way through the lifecycle of the project going live
3rd party utility company form processing & correspondence.
Receiving customer data and managing import of information with accuracy
Consulting with customers during the product implementation phase on key variables that need to be determined.
Ensure details on utility forms are completed with best practice and submitted/received by the utility company.
Working through project blockers that may arise during the implementation process.
Providing weekly project status updates to stakeholders

Requirements
2+ years experience working with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, diagraming tools, and project management task platforms.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
Great customer communication skills via email, video call, and in person coordination
Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Understanding of consumer behaviors and solar industry trends
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field
- Experience with project management, account management, or property management (2+ years)
- Sales or customer facing experience (2+ years)
- Google Suite, Microsoft Office (2+ year)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- San Diego, CA 92101
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
